1967 అక్టోబర్ 10న రాజమండ్రిలో జన్మం. 11 సంవత్సరాల వయసులో 'సీతామహాలక్ష్మి'తో చైల్డ్ ఆర్టిస్ట్గా ఎంట్రీ. 'యమలీల' (1994 — S. V. కృష్ణా రెడ్డి దర్శకత్వం) హిట్తో హాస్య హీరో + సహ-నటనకు తెరువు.

Origins
Born Ali Basha on 10 October 1967 in Rajahmundry. Entered cinema as a child artist at age 11 in 'Seethamahalakshmi' (1978). 'Yamaleela' (1994), under S. V. Krishna Reddy's direction, opened up the comic-lead and supporting-comedy path.
Peak
Through the 1990s-2000s, Ali became Telugu cinema's most-booked comic actor — over 1000 film appearances by count, a Telugu industry record. Major support roles across Srinu Vaitla / Trivikram / S. S. Rajamouli films and broad mass-action vehicles ('Mass', 'Srimanthudu', 'Sriramulayya').
Television + Profile
Hosts the long-running Telugu celebrity talk show 'Alitho Saradaga', the most-watched format of its kind in Telugu television. He remains one of the most-recognised faces in modern Telugu entertainment.
