ప్రారంభం
1990 జనవరి 10న చెన్నైలో జన్మం. తండ్రి తమిళ స్టంట్ సుపర్వైజర్. 2010లో 'అవర్గళుం ఇవర్గళుం'తో అరంగేట్రం. ప్రారంభంలో సహాయ + ఇండీ చిత్రాలు.
జాతీయ పురస్కారం
'కాకా ముత్తై' (2014 — తమిళ; ధనుష్ నిర్మాణం; నేషనల్ ఫిల్మ్ అవార్డు ఉత్తమ చిత్రం) లో మెయిన్ హీరోయిన్; ఆమెకు జాతీయ చలనచిత్ర పురస్కారం (స్పెషల్ మెన్షన్). 'డ్రైవింగ్ లైసెన్స్' (2019 — మలయాళ), 'వాడ చెన్నై' (2018 — తమిళ) — విమర్శనా ప్రశంసలు.

Born 10 January 1990 in Chennai. Father was a stunt supervisor in Tamil cinema. Debuted with 'Avargalum Ivargalum' (2010); early years were ensemble and indie roles.
National Award
'Kaaka Muttai' (2014) — produced by Dhanush, winner of the National Film Award for Best Feature Film — featured her as the mother of the two child leads. She earned a Special Mention National Award. Strong critical reception followed for 'Vada Chennai' (2018) and 'Driving Licence' (2019).
